Terms of Service
Effective 2025, this Terms of Service document governs your use of the one-plan system for tax optimization offered by TaxonePlan. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Overview
TaxonePlan provides a comprehensive one-plan system for optimizing your filings and planning. All services, materials, and products described herein are collectively referred to as "Offerings."
2. Services
2.1 Live Strategy Session
Our live strategy sessions include personalized guidance based on your profile. Booking is confirmed upon full payment of the service fee.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be shifted to an alternative date at no extra charge. Requests received less than 48 hours prior to the session or no-shows are ineligible for reimbursement due to reserved time slot allocation.
2.2 Annual Planning Package
The annual planning package grants access to periodic reviews and ongoing support within the term. Cancellations must be requested 14 days before the next billing cycle to qualify for a package fee reimbursement on unutilized months. Packages are nontransferable beyond the subscription term.
3. Information Products
Digital products include e-guides, templates, and recorded workshops. Access is granted immediately after payment confirmation.
Purchases of digital products may be eligible for reimbursement within 7 days of purchase provided no downloads or access events have occurred. Once access is initiated, no reimbursement is possible, as access details are distributed electronically.
4. Physical Goods
Physical items such as printed manuals may be shipped to your address. To request a reimbursement, the item must be shipped back in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping arrangements. Upon receipt and inspection of the shipped goods, the purchase fee less any shipping expenses will be reimbursed to the original payment method within 14 days of acceptance.
5. Reimbursement Procedures
To initiate a reimbursement, please contact our support team using the contact form or by phone. Provide your order details along with the reason for your request. Approved reimbursements are processed within 10 business days, and funds are credited to the payment method used for the original transaction.
The possibility to shift service dates or swap to an equivalent Offering depends on availability and may incur administrative charges.
Offerings clearly marked as non-reimbursable are indicated at the time of purchase. These may include special promotions or limited-edition consultations, due to bespoke resource commitments.
6. Modification and Termination
TaxonePlan reserves the right to modify or discontinue any Offering at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of any Offering constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to any Offering if you violate these terms or engage in misuse of the system.
